Tips on Running Track

1. Don’t Sprint Like You’re Being Chased by a Bear (Unless You Are)

Yes, adrenaline is great—but blowing all your energy in the first 10 seconds? Not so smart. Pace yourself unless your race is only 10 seconds long. Then by all means, unleash the inner cheetah.

2. Run Like You Know What You’re Doing (Even If You Don’t)

Good posture = less flailing, more flying. Keep your arms chill (this isn’t a spaghetti dance), stay upright, and let those legs do their thing without looking like a newborn deer.

3. Train Like You're Plotting World Domination

Don’t just run in circles aimlessly (that’s what hamsters do). Mix in sprints, recovery runs, and maybe a hill or two to keep your legs guessing and your enemies impressed.

4. Eat Real Food, Not Just Vibes

You can't run on dreams and Instagram motivation alone. Fuel up with actual nutrients. Carbs = your BFF. Water = your other BFF. Energy drinks that taste like battery acid? Not so much.

5. Stretch Like You Care About Future You

Warming up isn’t just for overachievers. Cooling down isn’t just for drama queens. Do both unless you like feeling like a plank of wood the next day.

Final thought: Run fast, look cool, don’t trip. You’ve got this
