Warm up & Cool Down

Why warm up?

Think of your body like a car—you wouldn’t just floor it without letting the engine warm up, right? A good warm-up gets your blood pumping, wakes up your muscles, and gets your brain in game mode, so you’re ready to crush that workout without pulling anything!

Why cool down?

After you’ve been a workout warrior, your body needs a gentle landing. Cooling down is like a victory lap—slows your heart rate, stretches things out, and helps you feel less like a robot the next day.

Bottom line

Warm up to turn your body on, cool down so it doesn’t crash off!
